Narrative therapy counselling is acknowledging and validating of peoples’ life experience
Narrative therapy counselling is strongly grounded in social justice and questions the idea of normativity and dominant discourses.
Narrative Therapy Counselling often asks “What is the dominant narrative that this person is up against? Are these socially-constructed ideas that run their lives?” What do you want to invite into your life and what do you want to leave behind?
Everyone is welcomed and respected into the therapeutic process regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, cultural background or religion. It is an honour and a privilege to serve you.
