You are invited to join the conversation at the Fernwood Death Cafe, where we openly discuss all things related to death and dying.
This event is held at the Fernwood Community Association Paul Phillips Hall. Come a little early to enjoy some tea and homemade baking.

You are invited to join in on the conversation about all things related to death and dying, grief and loss.
You are warmly invited to a holiday grief support gathering on December 6 from 6:00-8:00pm. The time together will begin with an expressive arts activity and segue into rich conversation about your loved one and the grief you are experiencing because of their death, especially during the holiday season.
Discussion will include the struggles people may be entering into with grief during the holiday season and ways each person is choosing to approach rituals and traditions without their special person.

This is a gathering to share about personal grief due to a death loss and be supported by other bereaved people in the community. The time together begins with an expressive arts activity. No experience in crafting is necessary.
Death Cafes are an opportunity to gather over tea and treats to discuss all things related to death, dying, grief and loss.
Island Narrative Therapy invites you to join a Holiday Grief Support Group open to those grieving a significant death loss. The time will open with a craft devoted to the memory of the deceased loved one and a candle lit in their honour. Discussion will centre around the struggles people experience with grief during the holiday season and ways each person has approached rituals and traditions without their special person.
